Throughout the recipes on this site, you won't find too many that are complex or "uppity". The concept behind my recipes is easy and real food from scratch. Nothing too fancy here. I'm not competing with websites that have recipes for things like White Chocolate Grande Marnier Mousse with Mango Raspberry Coulis (although I DO love that kind of stuff now and then!).

One of the reasons why I have so much respect for Sara Moulton is that her recipes, in addition to being incredibly delicious, are so "accessable". You don't need to live near an international food market to find all the ingredients and you don't need a certification from a cooking school to perform each prepping and cooking technique in her recipes. On this site I would encourage you to explore different flavors and ingredients, but I hope you'll appreciate the "accessable" nature of my recipes.
