Meal Planning - Blank Menus

Below you will find a list of blank menus available in different formats. Choose one that you can download, and try your hand at menu planning for the week.

Step One for meal planning: being honest about how much preparation you really have time for. Start small.  Don't fill in all the blanks.  I don't often fill them all in.  You're going to eat out sometimes, and, if you're like most people, there isn't enough time in the week to plan for, shop for, and prepare every single meal and snack that's going to be tossed down your gob.  So chill.  Start with a few meals and work your way up at a later date.

Step Two for meal planning: after you have completed your menu, the next step is to put a grocery list together. Click on "Grocery Lists" on the left side of the screen for grocery list templates available in different file formats.
